My experience as a student of SDA has been an amazing experience. After few weeks after finishing the Software Tester Course at the Academy I participated on my first Software Testing Competition "Software Testing Bowl 2021" by Inflectra Corporation in Washington D.C. and won the Second Place, I was able to win again the Second Place on the second edition of the competition in June, "Software Testing Bowl 2.0" competing with great Testers worldwide in real-time. Two months after the course I got a job at the best Software Development Company in Tirana, Ritech Solutions Sh.p.k., an American company and right from the start I got to see that I have gotten real world skills that were helping me in my daily job and were adding value to the company, project and the clients in my role as a QA Software Tester. During the whole course I felt the help and support of the Academy in every possible way. They helped us prepare, improve and reviewed out technical CVs, LinkedIn profiles, did interview simulation and were a bridge between us and the companies, giving us a boost and head start in our quest to find good jobs at great companies in the marketplace. Once every week, one of the top companies was invited for an open day where they would present themselves and had a first meeting with the student from the different courses where we would exchange contacts and the companies would present their current internship opportunities and open positions. The best students of the course got hired and now work for companies like Ritech Solutions, SISAL, DoT, IMB etc. In conclusion I can say that taking this course and specially choosing SDA was one of the best decisions that I have ever made.
