2nd, clear deadlines with tasks to complete and review with peers and seniors as well as weekly standups make you find time for learning when you typically wouldn't.

3rd, the staff's support is always there, fast, helpful, and kind. You're amazing!

In terms of drawbacks, probably the only thing is that getting a review can be tricky during summertime with your peers more interested in chilling by the lake, but staff comes to help if this begins to get frustrating and I'm sure it will only get better with scale.

So to round it all up, you have a nice mix of up to date materials, mentorship from folks working in the field, community support from peers, some pressure to stay on path and finish the course, fast technical support from staff, and probably something else I forgot to mention.
