Software Development Academy

In March this year I have completed an online course 'Python from scratch' organized by SDA and I am now actively looking for a job. It was my first contact with Python, I literally had the basics of programming in another language. I recommend the course... Read More as an excellent opportunity to enter the IT industry. The advantages of the course at SDA are: - knowledge given on a tray, organized, - mostly experienced trainers, working actively in the industry, who give a lot of valuable tips (when we had a worse trainer according to the opinion of the whole group, SDA added 3 hours for free with another trainer as compensation), - the course is very intensive, but it includes many elements that can become advantages later when looking for a job, - the ability to ask questions at any time - trainers are available during and outside the classes, - HR support - it's really professional and lifelong ;) The ladies really want each of us to get our dream job and they are literally contagious with optimism, thanks to which I don't feel left alone even after finishing the course. :) Having said that, I would like to point out that attending classes alone is not enough to master such a wide range of material. There is a lot of homework in and out of class. In addition, knowledge of English is also important. However, if someone really cares about changing the industry, I believe that the course makes it much easier. I believe that if someone has completed the course and is actively looking for a job (doesn't sit around waiting for it to come by itself) they will find it. :)

I appreciated the hands-on approach, with plenty of opportunities to practice and apply the concepts taught which led me to build quite a solid foundation in programming. However, there were times when the trainers and project coordinator were not on the same page... There were instances of miscommunication regarding project requirements and deadlines which led to some frustration among students. Overall, I recommend Software Development Academy for those looking to learn software development. Just be prepared to put in the hours and work and maintain open communication with your trainers when facing challenges or if you get stuck.

Am urmat cursul de Java și personal m-a ajutat sa îmi îmbunătățesc și aprofundez cunoștințele pe care le aveam deja in acest domeniu, dorindu-mi sa investesc timp zilnic pentru a invata pe lânga facultate. Cursul este unul dedicat pentru incepatori, chiar daca nu ai absolut nici un fel de tangenta cu aceasta arie. Memtorii sunt tineri, au o rabdare extraordinara si cel mai important lucru, acestia lucreaza in domeniul IT, ceea ce reprezinta un mare plus din punctul meu de vedere. Recomand acest curs tuturor persoanele care nu au experienta pentru ca acesta incepe de la 0 absolut, dar si persoanelor ce au ceva experienta cu unul din cursurile ce doresc sa il urmeze.

Lucrul cu alți studenți la proiecte de grup mi-a oferit oportunitatea de a exersa abilitățile de comunicare și de a învăța din perspectivele altora, ceea ce este crucial într-un mediu de testare profesională. Instructorii erau experti și abordabili, întotdeauna dispuși să răspundă la întrebări și să ofere îndrumări atunci când este necesar. De asemenea, ne-au provocat să gândim critic și ne-au încurajat să ne dezvoltăm abilitățile de rezolvare a problemelor, pe care le-am găsit extrem de valoroase. În general, aș recomanda cu căldură cursurile de teste de la Software Development Academy tuturor celor care doresc să intre în domeniul testării software sau să-și îmbunătățească abilitățile existente. Curriculumul este cuprinzător, instructorii sunt de top, iar experiența este atât provocatoare, cât și plină de satisfacții.
