I learnt the basic ABC of PEGA initially and further on, which helped in understanding the tool better. PEGA offered us the promising career growth in IT for someone like me with basic knowledge of coding.
with certifications and practical knowledge, I secured a position as a Pega developer at TCS, one of the most prestigious companies in the industry. The real time Projects was obviously different from what our training but was able to adopt for industrial standards which made me standout.

Today, I work as consultant capable enough to lead my team and provide suggestion to business on the best outcomings of PEGA with knowledge and my experience.

Along with this there is another program that is going to be started and we are informed that we need to go through a test to be part of the program, I decided to try it because we were part of a meeting with UAP head from Pega systems company and I felt it suits me well.
For the entrance exam, I stayed bit late with my friends in library its do or die at that time.which helps me to crack it.
Finally in PEGA UAP Program, this is the place where I found myself in a different position. The training pattern staff everything is perfectly crafted. We enjoyed our learning and time here. I never felt we are going through classroom training. it is like a friend helping me night before the exam, Me and my friends we never followed the way which showed on class we always look for a different approach to get the things done. That’s the key for me now for each problem We have one / more solutions at the end we will choose the best solution.
Most important phase of the program is Project, the way we put efforts to complete one of the toughest projects in the UAP program we spent sleepless nights, managed team as a unit, Reviews, reasons for delays, maintaining day to day tasks. That’s fun, now if I can go back and see what we have done at that time.

Pega made a huge impact on my career, and I never felt why I was part of pega technology, Pega is improving itself day to day, period to period so we are happy that we are part of pega Dev family.

I had begun some research on Pega, came to know that Pega is low code / no code application development software where we can build applications rapidly and much faster than traditional programming languages. Simultaneously, it was known that Pega technology was being offered by Talent Sprint organisation, which is associated with my University and helps students in getting good placement opportunities. I expressed my interest and ultimately enrolled in Pega UAP (Univery Academic Program).

Then, after completing both the PCSA and PCSSA at the university through the talent sprint organisation, I was offered a job in the university placement.
