It was around January 2023, where the officials from TalentSpirint came to our college and conducted Induction Program, where I got lots of insights regarding PEGA. From that day onwards, I was so curious and excited, how come an application can be developed with a low code/no code software technology, which gears my brain to deep dive into it and joined the PEGA University Academy Program. At the initial days of my class, I faced a bit struggle to cope up with the classes, as it is something new to learn, but it turned around and went on well, when we started to do hands-on training to implement its functionalities. Later on it was an amazing experience when we started to work on our usecases as a team and had a chance to present it to the panel members. Then at the end of the Tech Course 1 course and after the certification examination, our placement drive had started. Then, I started to prepare for the placements by taking up mock test for clearing aptitude, reasoning and verbal questions. The placement preparatory session was conducted by TalentSprint for a week, where the trainers brushed up all the important topics, how the recruiters may shoot questions from this, and tips to answer and tackle all those questions, which was so effective and very helpful. I was very happy that I got placed in two MNC’s, as well as. Next Company was Verizon, where I was eligible to attend this company’s recruitment process.
