With the pandemic, everyone hates to have their camera on but in this class, it doesn’t seem like a hassle because it’s so engaging. Larry is brilliant and presents the information in a very real world way that someone of average intelligence can understand easily. I looked forward to the twice a week commitment, it was very much a bright spot in my week. Jim adds value as well with his knowledge during the Friday discussion groups, it’s not something you want to miss, because it explains everything in a real life, practical way and any questions are answered fully. No matter the field you are in, there is something to take away. My favorite was the talk by guest speaker Rich Sheridan. Ed is the coolest as well, you’ll absolutely want to be a part of his office hours for resume revamp. He’s going to give it to you real, but you’ll find value in it and hopefully a job. I rate this class 10/10 and will suggest it over and over. I learned more in 6 weeks than I did 4 yrs of college, I’ll never forget it and will always set my Amazon to Amazon Smiles to give back just a small portion of what was given to me. Im sitting for the PSM exam soon and I KNOW because of this class I’ll pass. TYSM Guys!!!!

I've taken this class twice and it never disappoints! The information is based on experiences and facts. The discussion groups are a great way to network and get help. The reading material can be a little dry, but it's related to each class. Larry, Jim... Read More and Edward work extremely hard and go above and beyond to help by offering discussion groups, resume assistance, guest speakers and much more!

As someone who is currently employed as a scrum master, I initially signed up for this course as more of a review, not expecting to learn many new things. I couldn't have been more wrong about that! At the beginning of each class, Larry provided an agenda... Read More of what would be covered, and then went on to provide a wealth of insights about how people work, as well as ideas for activities that I sometimes used that very day to help the teams I work with become more agile. The syllabus includes a reading list of books I might not have picked up on my own, but in which I have found a lot of useful information. In addition to the outstanding set of materials that he recommends, Larry's presentations have almost always been enlightening and entertaining (something especially hard to achieve at 7:30 am). It is obvious that he has a deep understanding of the material and a profound sense of purpose in sharing it with those who can benefit from it. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to better understand what it means to be agile in the workplace, including those who already consider themselves well-versed in the topic.

I highly recommend taking this class and as this was my first, I look forward to taking the next class (and maybe more.) This class includes not only information about Agile, Scrum, it also incorporates so many tidbits that I hope to practice at the workplace (including those Agile tidbits.)
