Read More of what would be covered, and then went on to provide a wealth of insights about how people work, as well as ideas for activities that I sometimes used that very day to help the teams I work with become more agile. The syllabus includes a reading list of books I might not have picked up on my own, but in which I have found a lot of useful information. In addition to the outstanding set of materials that he recommends, Larry's presentations have almost always been enlightening and entertaining (something especially hard to achieve at 7:30 am). It is obvious that he has a deep understanding of the material and a profound sense of purpose in sharing it with those who can benefit from it. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to better understand what it means to be agile in the workplace, including those who already consider themselves well-versed in the topic.

I highly recommend taking this class and as this was my first, I look forward to taking the next class (and maybe more.) The 6 week program includes lectures, knowledge sharing based on years of experience, Friday discussions, resume reviews, assistance in finding jobs, guidance for Certification exams to name a few takeaways.
