Read More Simplified seems to be that gateway, at least for me. There's a lot to learn and you get a lot of help learning here, and you get round-the-clock support from the instructor/mentor team.

There have been some inconveniences along the way, such as multiple instances of the website (where your learning material resides) being down, and sometimes, I didn't feel like certain concepts were explained very clearly and I had to go my own extra mile to figure things out, but that's also part of the growth journey – doing things on your own.

You get pointed in the right direction for some great resources for practice and learning, and you get taught the setup for projects very well. There's a lot of applicable and practical things you learn as well that'll help you in the real world and in your tech journey. I've done some free material learning for frontend development and the material I come across out there seems very broad and not very precise. It feels overwhelming, and like it's too much to learn all at once. But Frontend Simplified is precise in what they teach you and they go deep, and they cut out the fluff, and I appreciate that greatly.

Read More before this bootcamp, which have helped. I greatly appreciate that David offers the real best practices from the leading companies, and not hypothetical ones. The hardest part about the process is learning that name conventions are not set in stone. Coding follows strict rules, but class naming conventions allow customization, which is nice but confusing. Confusion isn't bad; it just means my brain needs to view, see, and process information in a different way. I can slowly feel my thought processes shifting from a regular end-user mindset to a developer mentality. It hurts my brain, but it's fun and will help me pursue my new career.
