One of the best parts of the school is the mentor program. 24/7 there are mentors that are there to assist you in any way to help with questions you may have while working on a project. They are all very friendly, attentive and give the best advice throughout your coding. I have participated in the text and Zoom options and both have been fantastic help to me. I don't feel like any question I have is not important in any way. They are also very supportive and pep you up to keep you motivated daily. FES is FUN! Yes, I said FUN! It brings me so much joy to work through difficult coding tasks and see the end result. I am changing careers and spent months and months looking for the perfect fit for me. I reviewed so many coding courses and FES was my number 1 choice. Online learning is so flexible and I can fit it in at anytime during the day or night. I plan to finish the course in the next few months (2026). I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in learning Front End Software Engineering. A++++

I have been taking the course for three months now and I am about half way done. Great 24/7 mentorship, they are incredible . provide quick response though text or video calls. Instructors are encouraging, they don't expect you to know everything .instead... Read More , they tell you where you can go and get more info if needed . They provide assets, resources and step by step instructions to all projects. The video courses can be paused so you can write notes or go back for review. They recommend for you to follow along with coding which is a little difficult to do when you are trying to understand the concept. Functions are challenging but with practice and good notes and resources it can be done. Over all it has been a great experience throughout. Cannot wait to land my first job. This is a great opportunity for a new or change of career.

The only downside is trying to find the relevant information in all those videos to aid you in the projects to need to do but that isn't a really a bad thing cause you are reviewing the information again and that is always a good thing.

I feel that I've been making quick progress due to the teaching style of the program and the projects, especially with the availability of the mentors to help guide me when I'm stuck.

Of course the world of frontend web development is astronomical, so with some of the concepts I feel like they may not have been covered in the course when it comes to the projects, and I have to look them up myself. I am getting to the advanced lessons where the coding is becoming a bit deeper and more complicated but the mentors are with me every step of the way which puts me at ease and gives me the confidence not to give up on the process of becoming a employed coder. Don't get me wrong, I am not an expert and I need a lot more practice but I feel confident that I'll be able to master coding with Front End Simplified.
