They went above and beyond to make sure everyone got the help they needed, both during the course and after, helping us master not only coding but building our projects too! The instructors are very skilled and knowledgeable, and made the lessons super fun and engaging. However, the course can get intensive and it's a decent amount of hard work. The work you put in will absolutely determine what you get out of the course. That being said, the course gives you all the tools, knowledge and resources you need to succeed! I highly recommend the Blockchain Development with Rust course at Metacamp to anyone who wants to become a blockchain developer!

There are TAs (and the Instructors) that help with the day's challenges if you need it. I was an incredible experience and I almost didn't want it to end. Now, I'm a Rust Developer for a Solana protocol. I've built life-long friends through the program and have finally realized my dream to code professional all thanks to Metacamp!

Metacamp was the best experience of my life, I had virtually no coding experience going into the program and came out with the vast knowledge I desired going into it and I loved every second of it. Yes the course is difficult and fast paced but it is designed to get you job ready and teach you all of the necessary skills, not just coding skills but soft skills you need to succeed in this industry as well. The material is very challenging but it needs to be to get you job ready, if you ever find yourself looking for even more of a challenge the instructors are always willing to find ways to help you push yourself even more. Overall I would recommend Metacamp to every person in the world trying to break into tech, it changed my life in so many ways I cant even describe and I will always value my time there as a student.

I feel like I have learned a lot, I now understand much better the logic behind Rust development, plus I have been given all the tools and resources to be a working Rust developer. At the end of the course you also get tips on how to prepare for tech interviews and they organize career workshops in which helps you get a better chance of landing a job. Side Note: Hope they can slow down the pace for more challenging chapters.

Read More creativity which is vital to a short course such as this one, allows us the freedom and confidence to experiment and improve when we are not in class. Furthermore, the communication between instructors and the Metacamp admin is immediate and informative - this is a huge stress relief for us all as undertaking this course while we have other commitments can be strenuous. With that, it would be slightly more beneficial to students if the course could be more tailored to the class - some autonomy to could serve to benefit students. Other than that - I would 10/10 recommend this course.

The challenges posed by the instructors were a lot of fun, and working with our coursemates was great. The class grew really close, and we had many social events. But I never felt like the days were long. I was at my most skilled and job-ready after completing Metacamp. Metacamp really equipped me to be a Rust developer. It is one of my favourite things I have ever done, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
