I love my Community Manager- Dina, she is awesome and works with you so well, and there are some amazing tutors almost always available. Sometimes I have a hard time following the lessons and studying in Theory, but I do eventually get it, and now entering Sprint 2. I cannot wait to see what I will continue to learn. SUPER INTENSE = SUPER SATISFACTION here, and its so far worth every penny I have paid for my tuition. I have no doubts if you want the best engineering learning, this is the bootcamp to choose. I ALSO have learned so much about myself like how I am teaching myself to pay more attention to syntax and grammar, trust me it matters! I have learned how satisfying it is to finish something even if there are a few things I missed, I can go back and in real time learn how to not repeat them. It takes a while to get some of the concepts, but I like the way Practicum has laid the Sprints out, even early into the bootcamp. Thanks Triple Ten! My only constructive criticism I would offer is the skills seem not too difficult at the start, but the leap from lessons to projects can sometimes be pretty substantial. One of my favorite things about the program is the project after each sprint, which allows you to apply what you have learned into practical and real life project. Then reviewers give you feedback to improve your project until it is approved. My community manager always check in to see how I am doing, which I appreciate. Overall, TripeTen offers a comprehensive, interactive, and well-structured curriculum, making it an excellent choice for beginners with no prior coding experience.

I came into Practicum as a prior small business owner with roughly a decade of sales experience looking to be a career switcher into a data analyst or data scientist role. Below is a brief list of pros and cons that I have found thus far (roughly 1/3 of the way finished with the program): Pros: - able to work at your own pace - projects have direct real world application - projects have always been returned within 24 hours with feedback (even extra long projects) - interactive coding platform that provides feedback in small steps throughout the lessons - tutors provide worthwhile answers to questions within 24 hours - workshops have been generally useful but I did stop attending them live in favor of watching the recording so I can skip material that isn't as useful to me Cons: - sometimes the projects can be impacted by differences between regions i.e. how the the US handles certain types of data vs. Europe etc. This has caused a several hours worth of reworking portions of the projects which could be prevented by simply putting the necessary items in the project descriptions. - even though you are able to work at your own pace it seems the program is generally geared toward a part time schedule instead of full time. It would be nice if they had both options fully available. I've been completing the program by spending roughly 35 hours per week on the material and projects combined.
